Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 6 August, a series of investment talks took place at the Consulate of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Frankfurt am Main, involving a delegation from Tashkent region.

Zoyir Mirzaev met with Andreas Karsten, President of the financial company AMK Global GmbH, and Ferdinand Kegler, President of a private winemaking company and founder of the Kegler brand.

During the discussions, preliminary agreements were reached on the construction of a modern waste processing plant in Tashkent region using advanced German and European technologies. The parties also discussed experience sharing and cooperation in the fields of viticulture and winemaking.

On the same day, the delegation concluded its working visit to Germany and departed for Hungary, where a series of meetings and negotiations focused on attracting investment are scheduled for later in the week.
