Yandex Uzbekistan expands express delivery service for businesses
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Yandex Go is expanding access to its express delivery solution designed for restaurants, stores, and marketplaces.
The service has already launched in Samarkand and will soon be available in Bukhara and the Fergana Valley. This expansion enables local businesses to quickly offer delivery services to their customers without the need to build their own logistics infrastructure.
With Yandex Go’s solution, businesses can reduce delivery-related costs and enhance service quality, resulting in a better customer experience. Express delivery helps grow the client base, speeds up order processing, and boosts sales.
Customers benefit from access to a wider selection of products with fast delivery — on average, within an hour of dispatch. This is especially relevant for product categories that previously required in-person shopping. A built-in tracking system lets customers monitor their order’s journey in real time.
The service offers a wide range of features: flexible delivery settings, courier movement tracking, and real-time analytics reports. In Tashkent, where the service is already well established, over 200 businesses and entrepreneurs are actively using it — including the Oqtepa Lavash restaurant chain, the Asaxiy marketplace, and others.
The platform can be accessed via the Yandex Go app, a web interface, or API integration. Delivery formats vary depending on the order type — from walking couriers for small packages to vehicles for larger or bulky shipments.
