UzTest and QazTrade launch new phase of cooperation in quality control and trade
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A new stage of strategic partnership has begun between the Uzbek Scientific Testing and Quality Control Center (UzTest) and Kazakhstan’s Trade Policy Development Center (QazTrade).
Under a preliminary agreement, the two sides have committed to mutual conformity assessment and enhancing the efficiency of trade procedures.
The agreement is aimed at facilitating trade between the two countries, ensuring product quality in line with international standards, and reducing technical trade barriers.
The cooperation encompasses standardization and certification, knowledge exchange between testing laboratories, and joint measures to eliminate trade obstacles.
This partnership plays a crucial role in deepening economic ties between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, increasing the transparency of export-import operations, and ensuring high product quality across bilateral trade.
