According to their decision, the company will direct 1.621 billion soums to formation of reserve fund and 15.352 billion soums to repayment of main debt on loans, received to finance investment projects.

Shareholders allocated 7.333 billion soums to centralization of income for financing exploration works, mining and processing of hydrocarbons, re-equipment of Uzbekneftegaz enterprises.

Uzbekneftegaz also directed 8.102 billion soums to payment of dividends for 2011, the company said.
