Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The management of Uzbekneftegaz JSC and Uzkimyosanoat JSC held negotiations with representatives of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB), one of the largest financial institutions in the United Arab Emirates.

During the meeting, the Uzbek companies provided a detailed overview of their achievements, ongoing transformation processes, economic stability, and reforms.

The parties discussed opportunities to increase financing volumes, including the possibility of establishing a renewable credit line and expanding existing agreements.

ADCB representatives expressed readiness to support Uzbekneftegaz financially in all areas of its operations in 2025.

It is noteworthy that Uzbekneftegaz and ADCB already cooperate under a club agreement covering credit financing and eurobond issuance. The bank plays a crucial role in evaluating eurobonds, determining their value, attracting investors, organizing roadshows, coordinating placements, and finalizing agreements with investors.

Following the negotiations, both sides reaffirmed their interest in further strengthening and expanding their partnership.
