Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 13 May 2025, on the sidelines of the international exhibition “Uzbekistan Oil & Gas – OGU 2025,” a meeting took place between the Chairman of the Management Board of Uzbekneftegaz JSC and the head of KazMunayGas JSC.

During the talks, the parties discussed prospects for deepening their partnership in key areas such as natural gas processing, hydrocarbon extraction, and the development of technologies for producing new types of fuel.

Particular attention was given to expanding the geographical reach of joint projects, the efficient utilization of resource bases, and optimizing the production and transport infrastructure of both companies to enhance the overall effectiveness of cooperation.

As a result of the meeting, a roadmap was signed aimed at strengthening and further developing the mutually beneficial relationship between the two national oil and gas operators.
