Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A meeting was held between the Chairman of the Management Board of Uzbekneftegaz JSC and representatives of Air Products Netherlands Gases B.V., which is active in Uzbekistan.

During the talks, both sides highlighted the successful completion of the first phase of full-capacity Performance Testing at the Uzbekistan GTL (Gas-to-Liquids) plant. This milestone marks a critical step toward bringing the plant’s technological processes to full operational output. Discussions also focused on achieving 100% capacity and assessing operational efficiency based on the test results.

Particular attention was given to the plant’s major overhaul, conducted in two phases. Thanks to the high level of expertise and commitment of the technical teams, the maintenance was completed 20 days ahead of schedule, enabling an earlier-than-expected return to stable production.

The parties reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening their long-term partnership, advancing joint initiatives in high-tech and sustainable development sectors, and aligning on strategic priorities for future cooperation.

They also emphasized a shared intention to deepen collaboration, foster a favorable investment and technological environment, and support the deployment of innovative solutions across Uzbekistan’s oil and gas industry.
