Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Hong Kong International Jewellery Show, one of the world’s largest platforms for the jewelry industry, opened on 4 March in Hong Kong, with Uzbekistan’s delegation among its participants.

The delegation includes representatives of leading Uzbek jewelry companies, such as Nur Star Jewelry, Orient Jewelry, Gold Afsona, ST Tillo Kori, Onesto High Jewelry, and others.

This prestigious event brings together key industry players, manufacturers, investors, and experts from across the globe. The Chairman of the Uzbek Association of Jewelers, “Uzbekzargarsanoati,” Shohruh Tuichibaev, is attending the exhibition to study international practices, analyze global trends, and explore new avenues for cooperation in the jewelry sector. A key priority is also to introduce international manufacturers to Uzbekistan’s jewelry industry, highlighting its investment potential and development prospects.

Efforts are underway to attract foreign companies to participate in the international exhibition and fair, Uzbek Jewellery Fair, which will take place in Tashkent from May 23 to 25. As part of the visit, meetings are being held with potential partners and investors, providing them with a comprehensive overview of the favorable conditions Uzbekistan has created for the growth of the jewelry sector.

Uzbek manufacturers are also negotiating with international companies to explore opportunities for entering new markets. Notably, Onesto High Jewelry held a B2B meeting with the Italian company Faor Spa, where the parties discussed terms of cooperation.
