Uzbekistan’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry Reaches Cooperation Agreement with South Korea’s NGeneBio

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A delegation of Uzbekistan’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry visited South Korea as part of the World Bank’s “Ferghana Valley Rural Enterprise Development” project.

During the visit, the delegation held talks with the leadership of NGeneBio, a leading biotechnology company specializing in molecular and companion diagnostics (MDx and CDx), next-generation sequencing (NGS) panels, and bioinformatics software development.

Following the meeting, both sides agreed to introduce NGeneBio’s services and products in Uzbekistan, engage local medical institutions in collaboration, open a company branch in the country, and appoint an official representative.

NGeneBio representatives also expressed their intention to visit Tashkent in November 2025. Their program will include meetings with private clinics, medical education institutions, and organizations within the Ministry of Health system.
