Uzbekistan sees 15.9 trillion soum growth in fixed capital investments
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In January–March 2025, the volume of fixed capital investments in Uzbekistan reached 120.4 trillion soums, according to preliminary data from the National Statistics Committee.
This marks an increase of 15.9 trillion soums, or 7.9%, compared to the same period in 2024.
During the first three months of 2025, the total amount of foreign investments and loans utilized reached US$8.7 billion.
Of this amount, US$6.6 billion, or 85.4 trillion soums, was directed toward the creation of new fixed assets — in other words, invested into fixed capital.
