Uzbekistan-Oman women entrepreneurs’ forum to take place in Muscat
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In the coming days, a delegation of Uzbek women entrepreneurs, led by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, will visit the Sultanate of Oman.
Ahead of the visit, on February 18, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan hosted a meeting between Uzbek businesswomen and the Ambassador of Oman to Uzbekistan, H.E. Wafo Jabr Nasir Al-Busaidi.
During the discussion, the participants addressed the objectives of the trip, expected outcomes, and prospects for further cooperation.
Ambassador Al-Busaidi highlighted the importance of the initiatives introduced by the President of Uzbekistan to support women’s entrepreneurship, emphasizing their crucial role in strengthening bilateral relations.
“When I first began my tenure in Uzbekistan, I was genuinely committed to promoting women’s entrepreneurship in both countries. That is why I am particularly pleased about this visit,” stated Wafo Al-Busaidi.
Following the meeting, both sides agreed to continue working together to ensure the successful organization of the visit.
