Uzbekistan increases imports of kiwi fruit by almost 2,000 tons

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In January-November 2022, 5,100 tons of kiwi were imported to Uzbekistan from 6 foreign countries in the amount of US$3.1 million.

Kiwi imports increased by almost 2,000 tons compared to the corresponding period in 2021.

Countries from which Uzbekistan imported the most kiwi in 11 months of 2022:

Iran – 4,200 tons

Turkey - 541 tons

China - 235 tons

Kazakhstan - 46 tons

Italy - 8.4 tons

Russia - 1.2 tons
