Uzbekistan exports cucumbers worth US$4.5 million

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to the State Statistics Committee, in January-September 2022, Uzbekistan exported 6,500 tons of cucumbers worth US$4.5 million abroad.

Export of cucumbers decreased by 7,400 tons compared to the corresponding of period last year.

Countries from which Uzbekistan exported the most cucumbers in 9 months of 2022:

Kazakhstan – 4,000 tons

Kyrgyz Republic – 1,400 tons

Russia – 1,200 tons

Tajikistan - 44 tons

Regions that exported the most cucumbers in 9 months of 2022:

Surkhandarya region – 2,300 tons

Andijan region - 972 tons

Khorezm region - 883 tons

Namangan region - 516 tons
