Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 22 April, the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade hosted a roundtable discussion on the theme: “Prospects for Supporting and Developing Domestic Fruit, Vegetable, and Food Industry Enterprises in Foreign Markets.”

The event brought together Deputy Minister Khurram Teshabayev and over 130 industry leaders, who participated both online and in person.

The dialogue focused on identifying and addressing systemic challenges faced by enterprises in exporting food and horticultural products. Participants also explored effective solutions and reviewed proposals submitted by industry representatives.

As a result of the roundtable, a decision was made to develop a draft regulatory document aimed at systematically addressing the raised issues and implementing new initiatives proposed by business stakeholders.
