Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The State Committee for Veterinary Medicine and Livestock Development of Uzbekistan has granted permission to twelve Russian enterprises and vessels to supply fish products to the country, the press service of Rosselkhoznadzor reported.

Fishing vessels of Okeanrybflot JSC from Kamchatka Krai — Vladimir Biryukov, Georgy Meshcheryakov, Alexander Ksenofontov, Anatoly Ponomarev, 20th Congress of the Komsomol, 27th Congress of the CPSU, Baklanovo, Khotin, Cape Olyutorsky, and Pollux — have been cleared for export. In addition, approval has been given to the floating factory Captain Efremov of Yuzhmorrybflot JSC from Primorsky Krai, as well as to the company Rybak LLC from Sakhalin Oblast.

As of today, 436 Russian companies have access to the Uzbek fish product market.

Rosselkhoznadzor emphasized that it continues to expand the list of domestic producers authorized to export goods to Uzbekistan.

Earlier it was reported that fish catch in Uzbekistan reached 53.2 thousand tons in the first half of 2025, which is 9.4% more than in the same period last year.
