Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 19 March, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Investments, Industry, and Trade with Carol Miller, a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from the state of West Virginia.

During the negotiations, the parties discussed key areas of bilateral cooperation aimed at strengthening economic ties between Uzbekistan and the United States. Particular attention was given to ongoing joint projects and the prospects for expanding collaboration in various sectors.

The importance of deepening economic relations with the United States was emphasized, along with Uzbekistan’s commitment to actively developing partnerships in strategically significant areas such as industry, the extraction of critical minerals, investment, and trade.

Carol Miller, in turn, expressed support for Uzbekistan’s efforts to create new joint projects and strengthen the economic foundation of both countries.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides reaffirmed their mutual interest in further deepening dialogue and enhancing cooperation to implement mutually beneficial initiatives.
