Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 30 April, Uzbekistan’s Minister of Investments, Industry, and Trade, Laziz Kudratov, held a video conference with the President of the New Development Bank (NDB), Dilma Rousseff.

The Minister warmly congratulated Ms. Rousseff on her re-election as President of the NDB for the 2025–2030 term and invited the bank’s leadership to attend the Tashkent International Investment Forum, which will take place from 10 to 12 June 2025.

During the negotiations, both sides discussed potential areas for cooperation.

The main focus was on the implementation of large-scale projects in areas such as infrastructure, water resources, renewable and green energy, as well as the development of high-speed railways, highways, and support for private investment initiatives.
