Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 12 February 2025, Deputy Minister of Mining Industry and Geology Ural Yusupov, along with senior officials from the Ministry of Geology and Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Combine (AGMK), held a meeting with a delegation led by Christian Fabri, Head of Global Professional Services at FLSmidth.

During the talks, FLSmidth representatives presented a concept for establishing and operating a service center, as well as plans for localizing production in Uzbekistan.

Additionally, participants were briefed on the key objectives and current activities of the Scientific and Practical Center for Localization and Industrial Cooperation Development in the Mining Industry, operating under the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology.
