Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — As part of a working visit to the People's Republic of China, a delegation from Uzbekistan led by senior officials from the Ministry of Digital Technologies held a series of meetings in Shenzhen, one of the key financial and tech hubs of Guangdong Province.

Uzbekistan’s Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov met with Daniel Zhao, Vice President and Managing Director of Alibaba Cloud Intelligence, as well as Fan Jing, Executive Director of the E-commerce Business Group at Alibaba.com.

During the meetings, the sides discussed priority areas for bilateral cooperation in the field of digital technologies.

As a result of the talks, both parties agreed to elevate their partnership to a new stage of development.
