Uzbek leader congratulates Amir of Kuwait

President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov has sent a greeting letter to the Amir of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the National Day of Kuwait.
In his note, Islam Karimov expressed confidence that under the direct consideration of His Highness the Emir and joint efforts by the heads of our two states, the longer-run and mutually advantageous relations between Uzbekistan and Kuwait will continue to augment in the name of prosperity of our two peoples.
