Uzbek delegation discusses cooperation with KOICA
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A delegation from the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan has paid a working visit to the Republic of Korea.
During the visit, a meeting was held at the headquarters of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) with Vice President Hong Seok Hwa.
The two sides discussed prospects for expanding bilateral cooperation in the field of digital development.
Among the key topics was the potential allocation of grant funding starting in 2026 to scale up the “Muhammad al-Khwarizmi Successors” project in various regions of Uzbekistan.
They also discussed initiatives aimed at improving digital literacy and building artificial intelligence competencies among 60 Uzbek civil servants.
Additionally, both parties exchanged views on the launch of new joint projects in the sphere of digital technologies.
