Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 25 February, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in the Sultanate of Oman hosted a meeting between a delegation of women entrepreneurs and business leaders, led by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, and Uzbekistan’s Ambassador to Oman, Abdusalom Khatamov.

The discussions focused on trade and economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Oman, export opportunities, and the development of business ties.

The delegation included entrepreneurs from various industries, such as textile production, handicrafts, agriculture, services, and education. They presented their projects and shared their plans for entering the Omani market.

Proposals for expanding bilateral business initiatives were also considered.

Ambassador Khatamov emphasized the importance of supporting women entrepreneurs and assured that the embassy is ready to facilitate business connections and provide assistance.

The Uzbek entrepreneurs expressed their gratitude for the warm reception and valuable recommendations, as well as their interest in establishing long-term cooperation.
