UMS develop 3G network in Karakalpakstan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Universal Mobile Systems (UMS) launched 13 new base station of UMTS 2100 standard in cities and district of Karakalpakstan.
The operator improved coverage of 3G network in Nukus, Beruniy, Hodjeyli, Buston, Tortkul, Qirqqiz and Beriniy villages, as well as Sharof Rashidov farm in Tortkul district.
Technical director of UMS Olga Filatova said that taking into growing demand to data transfer, the priority of the company to develop this direction of the network.
