Three Lawsuits Against Enter Engineering to Be Heard in Tashkent Economic Court
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The joint-stock company “Hududiy Elektr Tarmoqlari” has initiated legal proceedings against Enter Engineering, according to the official schedule of court hearings.
On 24 April 2025, “Hududiy Elektr Tarmoqlari” filed a lawsuit in the Tashkent Interdistrict Economic Court concerning electricity supply. The first hearing in the court of first instance is scheduled for June 20 this year under the chairmanship of Judge Anvar Usmanov, and will take place at the Tashkent City Economic Court.
On the same day and in the same court, another case involving Enter Engineering as the defendant will be reviewed. This suit was filed by the State Institution for the Introduction of Market Mechanisms in Water Management under the Ministry of Water Resources, and concerns the performance of a paid service contract.
Additionally, a third legal case involving Enter Engineering is scheduled for 20 June. This case, initiated by LLC “Shahus-Servis,” a subsidiary involved in the construction of a gas processing plant in Baysun, is being handled within the framework of an arbitration process.
Enter Engineering frequently finds itself under public scrutiny due to employee complaints about delays in salary payments.
