The fifth "INNOPROM. Central Asia" exhibition to take place in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In one month, on 28 April, Uzbekistan will host the fifth edition of the international industrial exhibition "INNOPROM. Central Asia," with a key focus on advancing industrial cooperation between Russia and Uzbekistan.

The highlight of the exhibition will be a plenary session on strategic industrial partnership in Central Asia, featuring Denis Manturov, Russia’s First Deputy Prime Minister, and Jamshid Khodjaev, Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan. During the discussion, experts will assess progress made so far, analyze intergovernmental agreements, and address barriers that need to be overcome.

According to Denis Manturov, "INNOPROM. Central Asia" serves as an effective platform for deepening industrial cooperation between Russia, Uzbekistan, and other countries in the region. He noted that Russian companies will showcase a wide range of modern, competitive solutions across various industries.

Jamshid Khodjaev emphasized the growing interest in the exhibition each year, adding that Tashkent is becoming a key hub for attracting investment to Central Asia. This year, special attention will be given to developing industrial cooperation, establishing joint financing mechanisms, and expanding collaboration in agriculture.

During the exhibition, companies will present their latest innovations, including a gas turbine engine for gas compressor units, an automatic road weather station, and other cutting-edge technologies.

Now in its fifth edition, "INNOPROM. Central Asia" has gained international recognition. In 2024, the event brought together representatives from thousands of companies from Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Türkiye, and China, serving as a vital platform for industry-specific negotiations.
