Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 3 June 2025, the Minister of Investments, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Laziz Kudratov, held a meeting with the leadership of Hungary’s ZA-Invest Poultry Kft., a company under the umbrella of the financial-industrial conglomerate OTP Group.

During the negotiations, the parties reviewed the technical and financial parameters of a project aimed at establishing a modern poultry cluster on 130 hectares of land in the Syrdarya region. Discussions focused on land allocation, the development of necessary infrastructure, and the creation of favorable conditions to attract investment.

The project envisions a full-cycle poultry production operation — from breeding to the manufacture of finished products. Plans include the construction of a high-tech complex equipped with advanced logistics and processing infrastructure.

As a result of the meeting, specific agreements were reached regarding the implementation timeline and mechanisms. The parties also agreed to maintain direct coordination to ensure the effective and timely execution of the initiative.
