Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — At the invitation of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, will take part in the high-level "Central Asia – Italy" summit, which will be held on 30 May in the city of Astana.

The event is expected to bring together the leaders of the Central Asian countries and the Prime Minister of Italy.

The summit agenda will focus on the further development of multilateral cooperation, with a particular emphasis on green economy, investment, innovation, science, and education.
