Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 24 July, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a telephone conversation with the President of Mongolia Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh.

The Mongolian leader warmly congratulated Shavkat Mirziyoyev on his birthday, wishing him good health, happiness, prosperity, and continued success, as well as peace and progress to the people of Uzbekistan.

The two leaders paid special attention to the practical implementation of agreements reached during the President of Uzbekistan’s visit to Mongolia in June of this year.

They emphasized the importance of fulfilling the measures outlined in the approved “road map,” and advancing joint projects in livestock farming, trade, transport, industrial cooperation, and the mining sector.

The parties also discussed holding events within the framework of the cultural and humanitarian exchange program, aimed at further bringing the peoples of the two countries closer together.
