The Senate’s press service said that the document was prepared in line with the concept of the tax policy for 2012.
The law introduces changes and amendments to the Code of administrative responsibility, Civil Code, Housing Code of Uzbekistan.
These amendments were directed at strengthening of protection of rights of lessors and lessees of real estate, simplification of order of tax payments and administrative procedures, as well as cutting expenses of tax payers and tax bodies.
