Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan’s Minister of Transport, Ilkhom Makhkamov, held talks with Ahmad Abdullah Al-Jufairi, Executive Chairman of the Qatari investment company Protocol Capital Group.

The Qatari company expressed interest in participating in investment projects in the transport and logistics sector. During the meeting, the parties discussed promising areas of cooperation, with particular emphasis on the development of transport infrastructure and the introduction of digital technologies in the industry.

The discussions also covered the expansion of the road network and potential mechanisms for implementing joint projects, including long-term partnership models.
