Planned Hot Water Outages to Begin in Tashkent in September and October

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Veolia Energy Tashkent has announced scheduled maintenance on the city’s heating networks, which will take place in September and October.

During this period, residents of buildings with centralized heating will face temporary hot water outages lasting up to five days.

The company emphasized that these works are necessary to ensure the reliable and uninterrupted operation of the system during the upcoming winter season. “We hope for the understanding of city residents,” the statement said.

The outages will occur in stages:

September 8–12: Hot water will be unavailable on Mirzo Ulugbek, Temur Malik, Avaikhon, Mingbulak, Mirishkor, Shukura Burkhanova, Razzokh Khamroev, Salom, Durmon Yuli, Feruza streets, and in the Karasu (1–4, 6), Buz-2, Feruza districts. Streets Zargarlik, Lutfi, Bogiston, Katartal, Gulistan, Farhadskaya, Choponota, Bogibuston, Nakkashlyk, Dombrabad, Serkuyosh, Usmir, Takhiyatas, Shirin, and others will also be affected. In Chilanzar, restrictions will cover blocks 5–26, 30, 31, G9A, 20A, Dombrabad, Shark, Gulistan, Al Khorezmi (1 and 2), Beshkayragach, Izza, and the Urikzor market area.

September 15–19: Outages will affect Korasuv, Besharyk, Birlashgan, Elbek, Asalobod, Kuruvchilar, Uysuzlar, Parkent, Chulpon, Alimkent streets, and Akhangaran highway. Massifs Tuzel (1–4), Uysuzlar-1, Asalobod-1 and 2, Aviasozlar town, and the Amir Temur and Mustakillik avenues will also be impacted, along with Sharofa Rashidova, Navoi, Babur, Glinka, Shota Rustaveli, Bogibuston, Arnasay, Katta Chilanzar, Mukimi, Seoul, Choponota streets, and surrounding areas. Massifs Ts-1, 2, 4, 5, 7, Aktepe, Chilanzar (1–5, 7, E, I), Kushbegi, Bashlyk, and Uchuvchilar townships will also experience outages.

September 22–26: Hot water will be off on Mustakillik Avenue, Mirzo Ulugbek, Buyuk Ipak Yuli, Kary Niyaziy, Sayram, Tamarakhonim, Akkurgan, Osiyo, Lev Tolstoy streets, and others. Massifs Yalangach, Tashselmash, Mavlono Riyazi, Buz-1, TashGRES settlement, and Hamid Alimdzhana Square will also be affected. Bunyodkor Avenue, Navoi, Almazar, Beruni, Islom Karimov, Karatash, Furkat, Afrosiyab streets, Chorsu Square, and nearby blocks will also see temporary outages.

September 29–October 3: Outages will impact Amir Temur and Mustakillik avenues, Ahmad Danish, Sharofa Rashidova, Yahyo Gulyamov, Shakhrisabz, Shastri, Yangishahar, Dekhanabad, Sahibkor, Katta Khalk Yuli streets, and others. Massifs Beltepa, Ibn Sino (1 and 2), Jararyk, Beshkurgan (1–4), Olympia, Shifokorlar town, Talabalar town, Yunusabad (1–19), and Ts-1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 12, 15, 17, 18 will also be affected.

October 6–10: Hot water will be off on Munis, Sarikul, Eski Sarikul, Yangizamon, Yangi Kuyluk, Abdurauf Fitrat, Fargona Yuli streets; massifs Kuyluk (1–7), Yangi Sergeli Yuli, Mehrigiyo, Sugdiyona, Kipchak, Chinar, Davlatabad, Sergeli (1–8A), Yuldosh (1–18), Ts-1, 2, 3, and “Vodnik” (Bektimir, Husain Boykaro Street) and “Stroitel” (Sergeli) massifs.

These planned outages are part of routine preventive maintenance to ensure the city’s heating network operates reliably during winter.
