Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 27 August, Shokhrukh Gulamov, Deputy Minister of Investments, Industry, and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, met with Yoshiaki Takemasu, Vice President of Mitsui & Co.

Mitsui & Co. is one of the world’s largest multinational corporations and a member of the Mitsui Group. The company encompasses over 500 subsidiaries and operates 126 offices in 62 countries, implementing projects in engineering, energy, chemicals, mining, and metallurgy.

During the meeting, both parties reviewed the progress of joint initiatives in energy, construction materials production, and infrastructure development.

Special attention was given to prospects for expanding the strategic partnership, including the launch of new investment projects in geology and urban development.
