Net profit of Tenge Bank exceeds 36 billion soums for 2024

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Tenge Bank’s net profit for 2024 amounted to 36.2 billion soums, which represents a 15.0% decrease compared to the 2023 figure.

The bank’s assets reached 8.1 trillion soums by the end of 2024, reflecting a 21.4% increase compared to the same period last year.

The bank’s capital grew by 2.5%, totaling 1.3 trillion soums.

Tenge Bank’s interest income for 2024 amounted to over 859.8 billion soums, an increase of 16.2%, while non-interest income reached 308.1 billion soums, marking a 47% increase.

As of December 1, 2024, the bank’s loan portfolio totaled 3.8 trillion soums, which is a 2.2% decrease compared to the previous year. The share of non-performing loans (NPL) dropped from 3.3% to 2.8%.
