Ministry of Construction Clarifies Issue of Fictitious Employee Registration in Construction Companies

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services has provided clarification regarding social media reports that some construction companies register citizens as employees without their knowledge.

The ranking of construction and design organizations is generated automatically based on data from the relevant ministries and agencies, in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 699 dated November 9, 2020. The National Information System “Transparent Construction” does not have the ability to modify this data or verify its accuracy; it only collects information and provides it via the portal rating.mc.uz.

The Ministry, together with the Ministry of Employment, is working to prevent cases of unauthorized employee registration and to address situations where citizens are simultaneously listed as working in multiple organizations.

Citizens are urged not to share personal data with third parties and to report any such cases to the authorized authorities.
