Matbuot Tarqatuvchi to pay dividends
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Shareholders of Matbuot Tarqatuvchi open joint stock company distributed net income of the company for 2011 at the size of 974.198 million soums and for the first quarter of 2012 for 472.038 million soums.
According to the company, shareholders directed 487.099 million soums (50% of net income) to payment of dividends for 2011.
The company allocated 420.394 million soums to capitalization of charter capital of Matbuot Tarqatuvchi. The company will also issue 53.364 million soums to remuneration and 13.341 million soums to payment of social payments related with payment of remunerations.
In the result of the first quarter of 2012, Matbuot Tarqatuvchi will allocate 236.019 million soums to payment of dividends and 188.815 million soums to capitalization of shareholders.
The company also directed 37.763 million soums to remuneration and 9.44 million soums to payment of social payments related with payment of remunerations.
