MASkargo Launches Cargo Flights via Tashkent Hub
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — MASkargo, the cargo division of Malaysia Airlines, has launched regular freight flights with a technical stop at Tashkent International Airport, reinforcing the Uzbek capital’s role as a transit hub in global logistics.
The flights operate on the Kuala Lumpur–Tashkent–Amsterdam route and in the opposite direction.
Operations are carried out using Airbus A330 aircraft with a frequency of four times per week. Technical stopovers are scheduled at Tashkent Airport, including aircraft servicing.
The use of Tashkent as a transit point is aimed at optimizing flight routes and improving the efficiency of air cargo logistics between Asia and Europe.
MASkargo is the cargo arm of Malaysia’s national carrier Malaysia Airlines and is based at Kuala Lumpur International Airport. The airline transports freight to more than 100 cities worldwide.
