Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 11 April, a meeting was held between Shokhrukh Gulamov, Deputy Minister of Investments, Industry, and Trade of Uzbekistan, and Khaled Al-Zaabi, Vice President of M42, the largest genetic company in the UAE.

The sides discussed a project to establish a genetic laboratory in Uzbekistan. The project will involve the implementation of advanced technologies in diagnostics, identifying predispositions to diseases, applying biomarkers, and screening.

Additionally, the development of scientific cooperation is planned, including training specialists from Uzbekistan in the UAE and exchanging experience.

M42, founded in 2023, specializes in innovative approaches in medicine, including genomics and artificial intelligence.
