Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A significant meeting took place at the Uzbek Technological Metals Plant with the participation of representatives from JSC "Uzavtosanoat" and JSC "Uzauto Motors Powertrain."

During the event, a memorandum of cooperation and mutual understanding was signed between the Technological Metals Plant and Uzauto Motors Powertrain. The memorandum focuses on the use of products manufactured through powder metallurgy in the automotive industry, as well as on the localization of these products.

Under the memorandum, the parties agreed to collaborate on several key areas, including the production and localization of powder metallurgy-based products for the automotive sector, as well as joint efforts to obtain international quality certifications.

This document marks an important step toward the technological modernization of Uzbekistan’s industrial complex, enabling more efficient use of local raw materials and ensuring the integration of domestic production into global supply chains.
