Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — An Iranian delegation, led by Governor of Khorasan Razavi Province Golam Hossein Mozaffari, is on an official visit to Uzbekistan from 26 February to 1 March, according to the Dunyo news agency.

The visit has been organized by the Embassies of Uzbekistan and Iran, the foreign ministries of both countries, the chambers of commerce and industry, as well as the administrations of Samarkand and Bukhara regions and Khorasan Razavi Province.

The program includes bilateral meetings between the Iranian governor and the khokims of Samarkand and Bukhara regions, as well as participation in a business forum, where discussions will focus on promising areas of cooperation with representatives of leading regional companies.

The Iranian delegation consists of business leaders from various sectors, including construction, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, textiles, agriculture, and food production, among others.
