Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — As part of a business visit to the Federal Republic of Germany, a delegation from Uzbekistan’s Ferghana region, led by Hokim Khayrullo Bozorov, held a series of productive meetings with representatives of German business circles.

One of the key venues for negotiations was the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Berlin, where the delegation met with executives from Stein & Partners Rechtsanwälte mbB, MÜSIAD, and other German business entities.

The discussions focused on expanding bilateral economic cooperation, launching joint investment projects, and strengthening trade and economic ties between the regions of both countries.

During the meeting, Hokim Khayrullo Bozorov gave a detailed presentation on the favorable investment climate established in Uzbekistan in recent years. He highlighted the incentives, guarantees, and state support available to foreign investors.

Particular emphasis was placed on the economic potential of the Ferghana region, its modern infrastructure, and ongoing projects involving foreign capital.

Bozorov invited representatives of the German business community to participate in promising initiatives within the region and expressed readiness to further strengthen mutually beneficial partnerships.

As a result of the talks, a preliminary agreement was reached on launching investment projects in sectors such as agriculture, electrical engineering, information technology, pharmaceuticals, mechanical engineering, and other industries.

Additionally, the sides discussed measures to facilitate direct contact between entrepreneurs from the Ferghana region and German business circles.
