Uzbekistan retained its place in Group 1 of Asian/Oceania zone in Fed Cup on Saturday. On Saturday, Uzbekistan beat Indonesia in relegation play-off with the score 3-0.
Nigina Abduraimova defeated Lavinia Tananta in straight sets 6/3 and 6/1, while Ayu Fani Damayanti retired in the match against Akgul Amanmuradova at the score 5/0 in the first set.
Amanmuradova paired with Albina Habibulina outplayed Jessy Rompies and Sandy Gumulya – 6/4 and 7/5.
