Delta Global Dynamics acquires 51.12% state stake in "Trest-12"
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Delta Global Dynamics has won the tender for acquiring a 51.12% state stake in the construction company "Trest-12."
The Agency for State Asset Management reported that four applicants initially expressed interest in the acquisition, with three advancing to the next stage.
Two binding offers were submitted within the designated timeframe, and after evaluation, Delta Global Dynamics’ bid was deemed the best.
The company offered 111 billion soums for the state stake, which falls within the upper range of the indicative valuation calculated by the consultant and aligns with the asset's appraised value.
As part of the agreement, the buyer has committed to maintaining existing jobs for two years, sustaining the current wage fund, and ensuring that the terms of the collective agreement remain unchanged. The transaction was approved by the State Privatization Commission.
"Trest-12" JSC is a major construction and installation company offering a full range of services to corporate and individual clients. Among its completed projects are the Cabinet of Ministers building, the National Library of Uzbekistan, the Hyatt Regency hotel, the GM Powertrain plant, and other significant developments.
