Asian Chemical Group becomes sole owner of the Dekhkanabad Potash Plant

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Asian Chemical Group has become the sole owner of the Dekhkanabad Potash Plant, the company announced on the Unified Corporate Information Portal.
According to the published data, Asian Chemical Group now holds 100% of the plant’s charter capital.
Records from the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations indicate that Asian Chemical Group was registered in November 2024. Its head is Ilgiz Valiullin, who joined the supervisory board of the Dekhkanabad Potash Plant in February 2025. The company’s founder is OV Industrial Investments LLC-FZ.
The Dekhkanabad Potash Fertilizer Plant was commissioned in September 2010 by JSC Uzkimyosanoat. The project cost amounted to US$123.7 million, with an annual capacity of 200,000 tonnes. The general contractors for the construction were ZUMK and CITIC.
Subsequently, the second phase was implemented, designed to produce 400,000 tonnes of potassium chloride per year, 75% of which is intended for export.
The goal of the project is to increase the plant’s total production capacity to 600,000 tonnes per year.
