Argentina, Poland, France and Australia advance to last 16 of World Cup

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- National teams of Argentina, Poland, France and Australia made it to the 1/8 finals of the World Championship in Qatar.

Argentina beat Poland with the score 2-0. Alexis McAllister (46th minute) and Julian Alvarez (67) were on target for Argentina. It should be noted that in the 39th minute, Poland’s goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny saved a penalty kick by Lionel Messi.

The Mexican national team defeated Saudi Arabia with a score of 2:1. For Mexico, goals were scored by Enri Martin (47th minute) and Luis Chavez (52). Salim al-Dawsari (90+5) scored for Saudi Arabia.

Tunisia clinched a 1-0 victory over France. Wahbi Khazri (58th minute) scored the only goal of the match.

Australia beat Denmark with the score 1-0 thanks to Matthew Leckie’s goal in the 60th minute of the match.
