Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Starting from 8 June, train services on the Tashkent Metro will be temporarily suspended on the section between the “Turon” and “Kipchak” stations.

According to the metro administration, this measure is due to scheduled maintenance work aimed at enhancing safety levels and improving the quality of passenger services.

The work on the above-ground Circle Line section will last for three months. During this period, an alternative transportation service will be provided between the closed stations: passengers will be transported free of charge by special buses running the route “Kipchak – Kuruvchilar – Kipchak” from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
